MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor)

Membrane treatment

Impurities contained in water are removed by UF membrane, MF membrane, RO membrane, etc. We propose the optimum system configuration for removal targets such as turbidity, salt, and heavy metals.

MF/UF membrane filtration

Feature

Filtration with a fine filter

The membrane has fine holes that can separate fine particles in the water. The MF membrane is 10 µm or larger, and the UF membrane is 0.01 µm or larger, which blocks almost 100% of fine particles.

For safe drinking water

It can also remove protozoans such as Cryptosporidium, which is a risk of drinking water that is highly resistant to chlorine disinfection.

Easy installation and easy operation

From small models (about 5m³ / day) to large models (50,000m³ / day), the membrane unit is assembled at the factory before shipping, so it can be easily installed on site. The membrane filtration system is fully automatic control to simplify daily operation and maintenance.

Low-pressure RO

The RO membrane removes soluble substances contained in water. By purifying brackish water and industrial water, it is possible to produce clean water with less impurities.
